"Just outside Munich in the traditional German town of Büchlberg is Restaurant Paprika Jancsi, a very Hungarian proposition. Scrubbed wood floors and chunky pillars are accompanied by pine benches and checked tablecloths for an extremely rustic feel, carefully put together by owner Janos Madarasz and a team of three architects along with a Hungarian antiques dealer who ensured the décor was as true to Madarasz’s roots as possible. This is just the beginning of the experience though. Paprika Jancsi’s menu is as traditional as possible. The chefs make sure to use only the highest quality ingredients – beef from the Hungarian steppes, an ancient breed of pork, again from Hungary. Likewise the wine list includes the finest wines which Hungary has to offer. "
